Deutsche Telekom continues to expand its market position
In the 2015 financial year, the Group saw revenue increase by 30 percent at group level from cloud solutions. For 2016, the growth focus is on public cloud services - infrastructure, platforms and applications - that can be accessed through the public Internet. DSI Intercloud was launched in December 2015 as the first of three public cloud offerings from Deutsche Telekom. This will be followed by the Open Telekom Cloud in conjunction with Huawei to mark CeBIT 2016. Microsoft solutions from the German cloud will be available in the second half of the year. The Group aims to more than double its cloud revenues overall by the end of 2018.
